Out of everything I’ve tried to wear in my wheelchair, jeans have always been one of the most disappointing things I’ve put on. They just never look right. Bulky, awkward, unflattering – jeans rarely look good when you’re sitting.  No joke, I stopped wearing jeans altogether until skinny jeans and jeggings came out.

It’s been too long since a company has tried to fill the shoes of the several (now closed) adapted clothing companies that once catered to disabled men. IZ Adaptive, an adapted clothing company based in Toronto, has decided to fufill this need by selling handsome adapted coats and perfectly tailored button-up shirts.
